      After being in the insurance industry for over 25 years on both the broker and the carrier side, I welcomed the opportunity to join the IHP team to help grow this new and upcoming company. Since joining IHP in October 2022, the number of clients that we serve has more than doubled. In my current role of Broker Support And Communications Manager, I work on educational and communication projects to assist with new business growth, maintain solid vendor partnerships and broker relationships. I work with our marketing team to create materials to keep our brokers partners aware of our continual product expansion and tool enhancements. I work with my internal and external partners to plan, communicate and submit all mandatory reporting by the required deadlines. One of my favorite parts of my current role with IHP is my vendor partnerships, broker relationships and my team of innovative and intelligent coworkers who work to improve benefit tools, processes and healthcare as we know it today.
