Jennifer is AWESOME! If you are considering trying a Disney travel agent to assist in planning your trip DO IT! And choose Jennifer. We have been going to Disney annually for the last 20+ years, and I have always done the planning myself. With all the new things lately, I was looking for a little help and stumbled across Jennifer's site. After emailing with her once, I decided to give her a try, assuming that I would probably go back to doing it myself later. Nope. Not happening. She took the reins and not only booked everything, she saved me money and came up with new things for us to do. For the first time, I got to relax before the trip even started - no deadlines to remember, no 6 am alarms to get reservations. She communicates well, is pro-active about suggestions, bookings, cost savings and reservations. While on the trip, a new restaurant opened and I was able to reach her immediately to discuss reservations and she had all of the answers I needed, getting me back to fun in record time. I have already referred two people and they are both raving about her. Cannot speak highly enough about her work and enthusiasm for all things Disney!

Jennifer is always AMAZING at helping plan our trips. She knows so much about all of the parks and we will never book a trip without her!
