Bondi Software was acquired by SilverStream (NASDAQ: SSSW), in December 2000.As Operations Manager (Reporting to the COO), I served as a focal point for company communications and Operations. I developed and managed a comprehensive corporate recruiting plan and assisted with strategies to streamline the day-to-day operations of the firm. As a firm with only 32 employees in 5 offices nationwide, I also supported our consultant staff by developing prototypes and GUI for current clients during elaboration phases. We grew our staff to over 80 employees within a year and maintained less than a 5% consultant turnover when the industry average was 20-30%.
