What I admire most about her is how quickly she was able to grasp the company's policies, guidelines and processes and how easily she was able to translate them into terms that were comprehensible for our customers. Paired with her excellent communication skills she was able to perfectly guide difficult conversations about warranty claims, delays or any other issue a customer might come across, providing them with a premium solution.
