Jennifer was the kind of individual who always stands out amongst the crowd due to her outgoing personality, charismatic attitude, and ability to take charge of any situation. Throughout our month of training for mediation and conflict resolution, she demonstrated her competence in helping people reach a mutually agreeable conclusion using the skills we learned, during which she often also consistently took a leadership role by organizing and delegating everyone involved with her in certain group activities. A company that seeks initiative and aptitude in their employees would definitely be well served by having Jennifer on their team!
