  In this role, I am solely responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing all aspects of the education and convention programs.   My main focus in this role was to plan and coordinate all educational programs for annual conventions, and generate additional revenue for the association. This involved solicitation of convention sponsors, and developing new marketing strategies and promotional materials. I acted as committee Chair working with education vendors and faculty members, and negotiated with vendors on the purchase of promotional materials. My duties also included administrative support to the Director of Education & Conventions, and the Director of Public Relations.
