In the fast paced crazy world of product creation it is very easy to land up with beautify bits that don't work together as a whole. This is where you need someone like Jenn. I feel that Jenn really enabled us because of her: - Principled approach Thanks to the alignment initiatives and practices she rolled the teams were able to move a lot faster and the reduction in ambiguity meant more time could be spent on creative value adding work. The level of product experience consistency was also greatly improved. - Hunger to understand For Jenn understanding the why, the end objective is always paramount. It is because of her passion to deliver value that we were guided to created experiences to delight. - Ability to connect Skill and passion are nothing if you are not able to communicate and influence. This is where Jenn really shines. Her sunny personality and clear communication style has enabled her to melt resistance and move everyone she works with. If you are looking for someone to invigorate your UX Practice, look no further.
