My role was responsible for managing the Customer Service/Sales, Office Support and Finance Support divisions in Melbourne, leading large teams to achieve sales targets and business revenue objectives. In addition to leading people and teams, I had full responsibility of achieving team budgets, managing the P&L, providing forecasts and the hiring and training of talent into the business.As part of the national senior leadership board for the group across ANZ, I was heavily involved in the national strategic leadership of the Page Personnel operational brand as well as managing key client partnerships and relationships to deliver on recruitment and talent management SLA’s.
