Jennifer and I worked directly within the same division for just over 3 years and indirectly for almost 8. While she reported directly to me I have no qualms in saying that our relationship was a true partnership and I relied heavily on her thoughts and advice from a strategic and leadership perspective. As a leader of people, I would say that Jennifer is easily the most talented individual that I have worked with. She has a naturally engaging way with her team that is individualised and authentic while still being very focused on delivering the appropriate commercial outcomes. The loyalty that she derives from her people is dictated by her ability to care genuinely. As a consultative professional, Jennifer continues to provide honest and transparent advice to her clients and candidates alike with a warmth and approachability that is rare in her field.
