I can't thank Jennifer enough for all her help finding me my new role, she went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully aware of the job specification and told me everything I need to know. She really knew what job and tile would suit me best and gave me such confidence to pursue these roles. I would just like say if your looking for a new role and want somebody who understands what your looking for then Jennifer would be the best person to get in touch with. Thank you for everything.

Worked as an English teacher in an extra-curriculum academy, preparing and delivering fun, thoughtful classes to students aged 2-15.The classes involved a range of themes and grammar points and I built relationships with all the students in order to adapt the lessons to suit them personally and to allow them to practice their English skills in a trusting and supportive environment. During my time here I delivered online conversation classes to adult students from levels A1 - C1, due to the pandemic. I adapted quickly to using different online platforms and resources in the classes. The success of these classes meant that I had reliable consistent adult students with whom I was able to build friendships with. I assisted the students in preparation for the Cambridge exam. I also ran a Summer Camp class for a group of children aged 4-7. We focused on themes such as Science, Art, Food, and spent the weeks exploring these themes by doing fun experiments and immersing the children into an English environment in a way that they could enjoy.

As part of my Erasmus year I immersed into a German school system and work force. I observed and got involved in classes whilst practicing my German skills at the workplace. By making the students (12-17) feel comfortable I was able to help them improve their language skills and confidence. I was involved in many events at the school including trips and so on.
