As a building administrator of a pre-K - 8 building, I have various duties and responsibilities. Some of these duties are as follows: Responsibilities also include schools safety, student attendance, student discipline, and community relations. Perform a wide range of managerial responsibilities including, but not limited to: staffing, scheduling, budget, technology, facilities, safety, supervision during academic day and extra-curricular activities. Coordinate and facilitate processes and meetings by being instrumental in bringing people and resources together, actively engage in district meetings, and implement and monitor teams for various purposes. I am also the At-Risk coordinator for the district which entails supervising paraprofessionals, attending and help facilitate our Student Improvement Team meetings, and incorporate the necessary resources and intervention to ensure student success.
