There were 20 people under my direction, but during busier times of the year there are up to 10 temps in the department as well.I was responsible for pushing a daily list, releases from companies such as Club Car, Carrier, Boston Scientific, Husqvarna, Infanera, among others. I ran the department for over a year when the company was interviewing for a new department supervisor. I trained the newly hired day and night shift supervisors as well as new hires depending on position, irregardless of shift.I maintained an on time delivery percentage of 94 or better while running the finishing department and pushed daily to maintain target numbers. I have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Print Vis Shop Floor, and Visual Manufacturing. I also use Microsoft Excel and Outlook.I also ran an Arpeco rewind as well as table top rewind to process roll jobs.
