      Big Year Colorado was a mobile history business that conducted extensive outreach in rural Colorado communities. Clients contracted with Big Year Colorado to produce custom histories, including "Our Loch," a 40-year history of the town of Lochbuie, Colorado. History Colorado and the State of Colorado with a grant from the IMLS contracted two peer-reviewed textbooks, still in use for the 4th, 8th, and 10th grades: "Homestead and Hope: Keota, Colorado" and "Bent's Fort: Trade in Transition." Spoke on exploration of local history for History Colorado and Rotary International among many other local civic groups. Grant photography for the Golden Backpack Program, which assists with childhood food scarcity.
