This involves organising the necessary support for communication, managing behaviour and personal care as well as taking an active role in personal care and administering medications. Coordinators are required to brief a staff team before leading them through an event while ensuring health and safety standards are met. Coordinators complete paperwork about the event and help to maintain information about young people to make sure it is relevant, and communicate between the staff team and core staff. Show less
