      Lead of Customer Service and Operations *Manage the Cold Chain specialty products for DRL. I work with UPS to make sure that we have supplies for the weekly orders. Actively monitoring customer performance matrixes for customers that do not provide us with scorecards data. * Monitor inventory opportunities for the sale of short dated product to customer for current orders and back orders while minimizing impact to COPE. Coordinate new customer setup with 3PL, Finance, IT, Co-Packers, and customer (shipping locations, routing guides, etc.). * Train and teach new employee’s the value of customer focus.
