During my employment with Phoenix Rehabilitation I took on the Facility Director role from 2002 thru 2015. In that position I was responsible for managing of the outpatient office and its day to day operations as well as patient care and marketing tasks to grow the office. I have recently returned to role of Staff Physical Therapist in 2016. This is an out patient physical therapy setting and my focus is on quality patient care. My responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of various diagnosis referred for out patient therapy. Responsibilities additionally include delegation to support staff, daily problem solving of patient care situations and daily documentation of patient care. I also have a license for Direct Access that permits evaluation and treatment of patient's for thirty days without a prescription depending upon insurance. Show less
