Store Service Associate - Quality checked all orders before leaving our warehouse. I also moved all orders from alterations department to alterations department throughout the day. I audited all orders before they were altered in any fashion. I also notified customers when orders were ready for pick up or when orders were shipping. Agency Website Specialist - I worked on different websites that were company and department specific to help promote sales. I also worked on the specifications for each customer that needed changing or updating. Transition & Integration - Worked with integration team of new parent company to help transition to new software and team leaders. Webmistress - I created a few versions of different websites, implemented them, and then managed them independently. Website Orders - I independently handled all website orders, entering them into our system, fulfilling or ordering product, and shipping the orders. Social Event Planner - I planned all social events from golf tournaments to Christmas parties Customer Service - I answered phone calls from customers and vendors Management - I worked as a backup manager to answer questions, authorized returns, and handled minor employee problems until other management returned. I also handled closing the cash registers at two different location. IT - Served as internal IT when we were unable to reach our IT manager. Inventory - I corrected and adjusted inventory in our computer system throughout the year. During my internship at the junior high, I worked as an interning 8th grade Pre-AP English, Speech, and Creative writing teacher. I solely prepared lesson plans for the Creative Writing class. During my internship at the high school level, I worked mostly in a co-ed classroom teaching 12th grade English. I worked with students with varying degrees of ARDs and other restrictions.
