Dijon My thesis deals with a protein called cIAP1 (cellular inhibitor of apoptosis 1). During my PhD, I characterized the interaction between cIAP1 and a transcriptor factor E2F1. Next, I analyzed the regulation mecanism of E2F1 by cIAP1. To finish, I assed the importance of the interaction between cIAP1 and E2F1 for cIAP1 oncogenic properties.
