Member of the school’s Senior Management Team.Broke the $1 million mark for fundraising in FY 2012, including the most successful gala in the school’s history which netted $425K. Exceeded Annual Fund goals in FY 13 & 14.Implemented data conversion to Raisers Edge database, including wealth screening, events and communications modules. Expanded number and quality of alumni and “friend-raising” events on and off campus. Secured major grants from the Luce, Lilly, Carpenter and Arthur Vining Davis foundations and the American Academy for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) as well as numerous smaller grants. Secured several major scholarship endowments.Established the President’s Advisory Council to engage major prospects and provide potential new trustees. Expanded outreach to the African American community (students, prospective students and alums) through a series of targeted events. Expanded planned giving with a new marketing materials and more frequent engagement of Heritage Society members. Active participant on committee to redesign the website.Changed the school’s approach to social media, dramatically increasing reach and participation.
