Mortgage Services Manager

Mar 2005 - Apr 2015
The position was originally focused on the handling of homeowner escrow accounts with the primary focus of paying insurance and tax bills. I have since evolved the position to include handling tax appeals as well as working on bankruptcy cases. I codified a collections procedure and implemented a diary sytem to service the homeowner mortgage accounts. I devised a system by which over $2 million dollars of grant money was collected as well as conducted or assisted with the audits associated with the donation. I also researched and implemented the use of credit reporting software and currently maintain the database on a monthly basis.

Hired as a Team Assistant in the worker's compensation area, I was promoted a short while later to CSS. This position entailed the processing of work comp claims as well as the associated medical bills. Additionally, I researched and obtained refunds for duplicate payments the company made in error.
