Jennifer was hired to establish an HR Presence in California. She began with one site in San Diego and was adept at building relationships with Leaders and staff while she put processes and procedures in place that allowed for smooth operations and the hiring and onboarding of new staff. The company has subequently acquired three companies in California. Jenn has been a leader in the M and A processes facilitating the acquisition of important information and that information's transfer to Corporate payroll, benefits and operations departments. Jenn has then gone on to be a leader in the integration of these companies' employees into WuXi. She is creative in her thinking when solving problems, a wise counsel to leaders, and a balanced advocate for both staff and company. Jenn is a patient teacher, an excellent communicator and a strong colleague. She has worked hard to always be a step ahead of the ever changing legal / employee relations landscape in California and has taken advantage of training opportunities at every opportunity. Jenn is a leader who gains trust and leads by example. I was privileged to work with her and would unreservedly recommend her.
