  I am currently the Supervisor of Access/Emergency Services at Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority where I work with individuals who are in need of crisis, mental health, or substance use services. I complete eligibility/intake assessments, crisis stabilization contacts, mental health and substance use screens, hospital screens, authorizations for inpatient and outpatient treatment, and coordinate individuals with appropriate treatment options.

  I was a member of the Adult Case Management Team and then the Crisis Team at the Zepf Center on Nebraska Ave. During my work at the Zepf Center, I assisted individuals with appropriate services in the community, created Person Centered Plans, maintained a crisis case load, worked closely with area hospitals and inpatient psychiatric units, and worked in the community.
