Also identifies goals and objectives for CAA staff and provides staff access to training and development opportunities to facilitate professional and personal growth. - Directs and participates in the development of the department's annual operating budget and capital improvement budget requests and controls the department budget. - Prepares all required internal and external reports, including reports for the County, the agencies of the State of Michigan and of the federal government. - Ensures that client case records are properly documented, and that confidentiality of client information is maintained.
