Associate Director

As Associate Director I have both internal and external facing responsibilities. I collaborate to chart Nature Collective’s strategic response to organizational and sector challenges and play a critical role as a strategic thought-partner with the Executive Director and Board of Directors. I play a critical role in shaping and implementing the organization’s strategy, including planning, organizing, executing and Nature Collective’s fundraising strategies. I oversee Nature Collective’s fundraising and development, communications and outreach, and organizational operations and financial management. I collaborate in the annual planning, strategic planning and budgeting process and support the implementation of Nature Collective’s engagement, justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility goals.
