Review, pre-screen, and identify qualified applicants for external positions. Maintain and develop client and candidate files in company database. Prepare all new hire paperwork and subcontractor paperwork; including but not limited to SOWs. Handle all consultant timesheets and payroll inquiries. Approve and submit all invoices to subcontractors and clients. Input all consultant information into an Excel spreadsheet to track their client, hourly pay and time worked for each week. Organizing, collecting, and making sure all clients as well as all consultant paperwork is complete and filed appropriately for auditing purposes. Monitor branch states each week with the use of Microsoft Excel. Maintain relationships with current clients. Interview and prescreen prospective candidates. Work closely with account managers and recruiters to determine client needs for each new requirement. Proactively source outstanding IT candidates in preparation for upcoming needs. Qualify potential candidates to ensure their background and skills closely mirror client needs and job specifications. Conduct candidate reference checks and if possible determine if a candidate’s company would benefit from a relationship with a staffing firm. Utilize job board postings, LinkedIn user groups, networking events, and candidate referrals in order to attract top talent. Counsel candidates on what could be improved with communication and resume. Made placements at various clients. Show less
