I had the privilege of supervising Jennifer while she took on an incredibly challenging role. She came into a position not fully aware of all the challenges it would entail, such as managing a database about to be sunset which was never maintained well or set up correctly by previous people with her responsibilities. She also managed a second database that was so entirely antiquated it was like having an antique. At the same time she always had a least 6 people making requests of her that required urgency. Jennifer was an exceptionally hard worker. She was able to master both databases in a very short amount of time and even figure out how to run reports that could be best compared to adding apple and oranges in the manner in which the database was not configured to report in that way. She worked in an incredibly stressful environment and was able to maintain her poise and smile regularly while working in a very efficient manner. At all times she was juggling at least a dozen tasks and she always managed to meet deadlines complete assignments yielding high quality results. It was a pleasure to manage such a wonderful worker and I am truly sorry that Jennifer moved on to pursue better opportunities more aligned to her personal and professional passions because she is top notch.
