It’s rare that you come across someone so highly capable in as many different skills as Jennifer. I had the pleasure of working and studying with her for two years on an Executive MBA at the UW Foster School of Business, collaborating on a number of projects in multiple disciplines with a highly talented and diverse cohort. I was always impressed by how easily Jennifer could effortlessly manage numerous personalities, with often conflicting ideas, and ultimately get them on the same page. It made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of our team. Despite nearly always drawing the short straw and having to lead team presentations, she always fully grasped the opportunity to demonstrate what a motivational communicator and polished presenter she is. As a leader and team member, I would highly recommend Jennifer to any organization. She would be a huge asset and I would jump at the opportunity to work with her again.

I was lucky enough to work with Jennifer on the same team for over a year. She is the kind of person who makes a everyone around her better through her ability to focus good ideas into tangible results. She has an instinctive ability to understand people's strengths and align tasks for success. She understands broader market trends with an uncanny ability to translate them into clearly articulated messaging, engaging customers and influencing their buying decisions. I regularly look for opportunities where I might be able to bring in Jennifer to add value to the project teams I work with.
