  I work in a lab at the UCD MIND Institute that studies the effects of various behavioral interventions, mainly the Early Start Denver Model, on toddlers diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My primary responsibilities include designing and maintaining local databases and helping with gathering, coding, cleaning, managing, and analyzing data for multiple projects. I also provide technical support for the lab computers as well as the video and audio equipment. I am responsible for the hiring, training, and supervising of up to 10 unpaid interns. I assist with IRB modifications and renewals, and I construct procedural manuals and training protocols for the research studies. Show less
