Managed a Baltimore- and DC-based team implementing the Financial Alignment Initiative as well as the Initiative to Reduce Avoidable Hospitalizations Among Nursing Facility Residents, a demonstration program to help improve the quality of care for people in nursing facilities by reducing potentially avoidable hospitalizations. Awarded Administrator's Special Citation for exceptional performance, September 2014.
