Stay at Home Mom
-
Jul 2015 - Jun 2019
I am a mom to two beautiful children. For a few years I stayed home with them. They both have different food allergies so I’m staying sharp with my attention to detail and multitasking skills. I keep a budget for our family and update and review it monthly while also keeping our accounts balanced and everything accounted for. I do this all while enjoying the chaos that comes with having two little ones running around. I am a mom to two beautiful children. For a few years I stayed home with them. Within this role I processed invoices on a daily/weekly basis from my assigned clients. The invoices were coded to specific G/L accounts. To do this I worked closely with the Accountants and Budget Managers to ensure they were coded correctly to match approved budgets. I also processed the payments for the approved invoices for the week and mailed the checks accordingly. Within this role I processed invoices on a daily/weekly basis from my assigned clients.
