It was incredibly challenging to narrow it down, however I would like to endorse Jennifer for three key strengths: her exceptional ability to prosperously navigate unique key account relationships + her tremendous success in directing fundraising events + her natural leadership skills. Working with some of the most prestigious and generous major donors and funding partners in Western Canada – Jen is strategic, inventive and innovative, she builds consensus and a clear, personal connection for the donor. Call it the art of persuasion, but continuously, her efforts are so effective that she comes in over target, by a huge margin. It’s remarkable! In this regard, she has proven herself invaluable – her methods are seen as best practice across CBCF. Effectively, Jennifer is one of our top fundraisers. Jennifer has also conceptualized, planned and executed on countless events for CBCF, working with very few dollars and limited resources. Under her direction, many signature and 3rd Party events have come in under the operating budget and over the fundraising goals. She has leveraged large amounts of sponsorship, donated and gifted auction items, prize packages for amazing trips around the world, celebrity endorsements and guest speakers, musical acts, famous artists...you name it, Jennifer has likely made it happen. She is our go-to expert for all things related to fundraising events...and she thrives in this environment. Lastly, Jennifer is a wonderful mentor and leader within our organization. She has managed small to large teams of employees, volunteers and committees, and always with a friendly, warm, professional demeanor. She is both a joy to have on board and an irreplaceable asset. CBCF is hugely indebted to Jennifer for her work and she embodies all the traits of a true champion for the cause.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for many years. Jennifer is a consummate professional with a tremendous talent for event management, planning and fundraising. She brings an amazing attitude to work each day and leads her team to success year over year. Her attention to detail and creativity result in the highest quality products no matter the budgets and competing timeliness. Jennifer was a leader on my team and someone whose ideas and opinions i respected. She is a relationship builder. She is results-oriented. She is accountable. Jennifer is the real deal and I highly recommend her.
