In this position I operate an Excel spreadsheet comprised of receipts, then cross-reference them with the Berry College General Ledger to ensure the correct amount of money is recorded in both places. Additionally, I organize $60,000 in account receivables within the Excel spreadsheet each fiscal year. Along with developing purchase order sheets and mailing them to different departments on campus. Lastly, I initiated a filing system in a binder with all the receipts from a fiscal year making it easier to find and keep track of receipts already found in the general ledger. Show less

In this position I create 10+ flyers on Canva per semester to promote Recreation events through social media and email. I prepare the calendar board in the main athletic building on campus with upcoming events and activities. Additionally, I assist in coming up with new ideas and hearing new ways to promote Nutrition, Exercise, and Intramural Activities for the student body. Berry Volleyball Summer Assistant

In this position I help the head coaches of Berry College Volleyball plan an overnight individual camp and team camp. I helped coordinate housing, meals, and activities for over 500 campers. Throughout the week of the camp I acted as a liaison between parents and their children making sure that families felt comfortable leaving their child in our care for a couple days.

Specifically I have worked on social media marketing, group work, brochure building, emailing clients with community resources, content creation, campaign building, and meeting with Partner Agencies. I have learned so much about the culture at United Way and have loved getting to collaborate with others there!
