Bio
Gregory L. Cramer
I met Jen in 1998. She worked for me briefly but then moved to into another department of Engineering. Jen is a smart worker. She does not desire to do things how they "always have been done" but she desires to make things better. On many occasions I have witnessed Jen simplify a process and eliminate waste from them. She is efficient and hardworking. I admire her ability to attempt something to make it better. Many do not have the ambition to make changes but Jen does. And she starts with herself and her personal skills. Besides having a great work ethic, Jen has a great sense of humor. This trait is under appreciated in the work force but it is an invaluable trait that cannot be trained into a person. A sense of humor is one of those traits that makes all the difference in the world when troubles come around. And they do as we all know. Jen's good natured attitude shines through when things are tough and that is to be admired. I would not only recommend Jen to any looking for her skills, I would hire her immediately should I ever have the opportunity and need.
