One of the best decisions I have ever made in my professional life was to hire Jennifer to take care of me and my office. As Director of the new St Louis ISX office, I started out with a check book and a telephone. Jennifer came into the office and immediately organized everything, set up office procedures, and took charge of making sure the place ran smoothly. She then made sure our corporate office knew who we were and that she was now ready to support not only our office but corporate as well. She made herself immediately felt by solving a years old problem with our corporate stock records and notification system by creating a new database and linking it to a word document she also created. In two days. When I had to shut the office down I took Jennifer to her next interview and told them point blank that they would be crazy not to hire her on the spot, which they wisely did. She was my greatest asset I had in my office and I would hire her again immediately should I ever start another business.
