I worked for Jen at Scholastic, and she is one of the best bosses I've ever had. She manages to be easygoing in high-stress environments, yet discerning in all of the details. A master juggler, she seamlessly balances the ongoing needs of sales reps with the pressures of upper management, and delivers high-quality marketing materials and programs. Besides all that, she is kindhearted and cares deeply about the well being of each person on her team, nurturing every person as good leaders do. Jen is the asset that every employer wishes they had. I'm jealous of anyone that gets to work with her.

I worked side by side with Jen for 15 years running the marketing department, first for Scholastic Parent & Child magazine, then Scholastic National Partnerships. Jen is a person who gets things done. She is creative and resourceful, easy-to-work with, and just plain smart. Everyone who works with Jen wishes they could work with her all the time. Jen would be an extraordinary asset to any company and is someone you want on your team if you want to win.
