Through strategic counsel, I align our fundraising initiatives with the organization's goals, while building positive relationships with community and business leaders to forge impactful partnerships and garner support.I’ve achieved significant milestones that have propelled the Foundation's success. This includes securing a $1.2 million grant in 2020 and a $1 million 2:1 matching grant in 2022 for the Emergency Room, enhancing critical healthcare services. Our fundraising efforts have raised over $6 million since 2018, enabling us to provide essential programs and services to the community.I’ve organized sell-out galas since 2008, bringing stakeholders together in a memorable atmosphere. I’ve also introduced diverse giving programs such as Guardian Angel, Corporate Council, COVID-19 Emergency Relief, and Wigs for Hope, providing avenues for community members to contribute to healthcare improvement.I also implemented the Board of Directors "Feature Program," recognizing individuals who have shaped our healthcare landscape.   As the Owner of Pacific Registry Services, I provide comprehensive oncology data registry services. ══ DYNAMIC ══ My primary focus is on the development and management of Accredited Cancer Programs, including surveys for the American College of Surgeons (ACoS) / Commission on Cancer (CoC) and the National Accredited Program for Breast Cancer Centers (NAPBC). I ensure program structure, service, compliance, and quality patient care from prevention and education to screening, diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance. I oversee data collection and reporting requirements mandated by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and California Cancer Registry Reporting. In addition to these responsibilities, I prioritize several key areas. I develop, facilitate, and conduct patient and programmatic quality studies to ensure adherence to quality assurance practices. I implement programmatic quality improvements, creating and implementing policies and procedures to meet all compliance standards. I also ensure that clinical and programmatic quality measures are met to maximize reimbursements. Recognizing the importance of a supportive environment, I educate and implement team building programs to foster efficiency, productivity, and a supportive atmosphere within the organization. I’ve expanded our "New Shoes and Socks Drive" initiative, obtaining media coverage to raise awareness and collect donations for those in need.
