  I focus my practice in the area of supply chain procurement, operations and strategy. I counsel hospitals, health systems, group purchasing organizations, manufacturers, clinical asset management companies and other health care industry partners on supply chain strategies that mitigate risk, create efficiencies and reduce operational costs.In doing so, I help clients navigate fraud and abuse, FDA and other regulatory considerations when employing such supply chain strategies. For example, I assist health care entities in negotiating complex supply chain agreements, including, but not limited to, supplier, distribution outsource and service agreements. In an effort to optimize supply chains, I develop practical solutions such as standard terms and conditions, templates and training materials that serve as a guide for organizations when considering supply chain purchases.
