It has been great fun working with Jennie over the last 3 years. Jennie is highly knowledgeable when it comes to occupational health and hygiene and shares this knowledge willingly with the wider organisation. Jennie is a great 'enabler' and I've seen her empowering her team to take on more responsibility and develop as professionals. The sign of a good leader. Jennie has a great ability for understanding the 'wider picture' and is able to flex her approach to ensure strategic, organisational and legal requirements are met with minimal conflict and inconvenience operationally. Additionally, Jennie is a great innovator and has developed several initiatives on Tideway (OHIs, MH Working Groups, Health Champion Network) to raise the profile of Occupational Health on Tideway and within it's Tier 1 and 2 contractors. Jennie is also meticulously thorough and ensures that the organisation gets value for money (and more) from appointed contractors / suppliers.
