As the Lead Moderator Coach, Jenni Wolfe facilitates small groups within corporations. Jenni specializes in creating kinesthetic activity within business meetings, whether virtual or live. Shared experiences in intimate peer groups with intentional movement is the formula for effective employee relationships. ForumWithin™ helps transform corporate cultures by creating a structured and nurturing environment, where people learn more about themselves and each other. When forums are designed and implemented well, a company will become more attractive and collaborative. New relationships and a new culture are formed when groups of 8-10 people gather monthly and follow a proven meeting format and protocol. ForumWithin™ can easily translate to Zoom format in order to enhance the safety of your employees. Show less

Jenni authored and secured $16,000 worth of grants to create a Kinesthetic Learning Lab at Sandburg Elementary School. The money was used to purchase flexible seating (wobble seats, stand up desks) and kid-sized exercise equipment. K-5 students visited the Lab once a week to integrate Social Emotional Learning and physical exercise. As Mike Kuczala says, "Learning doesn't happen from the neck up; it happens from the feet up."
