  Life cycle asset management is a plan for managing an organization’s infrastructure and other assets to deliver an agreed standard of service. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the benefits an organization will earn by adapting life cycle management. I created a SAP based model for planning maintenance workload in long term period. I also created a way of measuring maintenance backlog which can be used to plan maintenance resources needed in the future.
