Jenni is an absolute rockstar and jumped right into the mix at PSNGR1 with very little familiarization and onboarding. I brought Jenni on as our EVP of Global Implementations and Support and she inherited a tremendous workload and handled everything masterfully. What I admired about Jenni was her tremendous work ethic and her incredible relationship building skills with our client base, working long into the evenings in some cases and going above and beyond to ensure our client needs were met. She found her way with very little oversight and delivered time and time again, managing our entire service desk and taking on multiple TMC integrations at once. Most of all, Jenni is so positive and such pleasure to work with even in the most stressful of situations. She is an incredible talent and a huge asset to any organization she works with.
