ACHIEVEMENTS • Given a CEO Award for project managing the migration of core data from MWH consultants to Tasman District Council systems, including Projects and Contractor Claims processes. • Participated in IT Governance group to guide strategy and prioritise technology development across TDC. • Oversaw TDC project to bring Confirm and RAMM customer call logging and reporting on KPIs into a single portal where call logs, assets, maintenance tasks, inspection details and costs were visible to the organisation. This enabled better forward planning and financial management of $600 million worth of Transportation and Utilities assets.
