Jenni worked in a senior service strategy and planning role. Focusing primarily on service for vulnerable populations, Jenni demonstrated high levels of empathy for the cohort with whom she was working in this role. Most importantly her plans and strategies were pragmatic, inclusive and outcomes focused - she added real value
LinkedIn User
I admire Jenni's purposeful advocacy for the poorest and most disadvantaged. Her work over the long term on no interest loans has particularly benefited older people and older women living on limited incomes. Her policy leadership in this space is characterised by tactical and entrepreneurial capability driven by a focus on the needs of those receiving loans. More recently I have admired her leadership in the financial inclusion space which is also impressive. The style of community development that Jenni embodies in her work means local needs and perspectives inform state and national policy conversations, and help people to support themselves in communities across NSW. I always appreciate the opportunity to work with Jenni on projects including nurturing Timebanking in the Northern Rivers and in providing accredited training that helps volunteers turn volunteer experience into skills for employment.
