  Supervise personnel conducting inventories and provide technical guidance and training as needed to effectively fulfill the requirements of the inventory plan as set out by the Inventory Accuracy Officer. Execute Navy ERP (SAP) transactions necessary to initiate inventories as defined in the Inventory Accuracy Officer (IAO) inventory plan; review transaction discrepancies and provide findings; and close out inventories in Navy ERP. Perform causative research (to reconcile discrepancies identified during physical inventory) and to track and resolve discrepancies within Navy ERP (able to complete relevant N-ERP transactions). Plan and organize such that inventory documentation can be provided to the Government representative showing discrepancies and related causative research when discrepancies occur. Effectively plan employees’ work scheduled and assign duties. Conduct required training to ensure employees understand all aspects of their position. Prepare and maintain work records and reports of information such as employee time and wages, daily receipts, or inspection results. Successfully maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, training and safety records. Working knowledge of computer systems to include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Federal Logistics Information Systems (WebFLIS), Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access. Trained and supervised co-workers in the use of these programs.
