I had the immense pleasure of working directly with Jenna as part of my team of digital marketers. She is an incredibly smart, self motivated individual who has a deep understanding of digital marketing and putting her clients in a position to succeed. She worked closely with some of our top advertiser, acting as a consultative part of their team and helping with hands on execution of programmatic display, commerce and dynamic product ads, CTV and native/social. She was deeply involved in our retail/commerce efforts and worked closely with product and strategy on product testing, product evolution and retail specific seasonal insights and best practices. She was someone who I felt very comfortable aligning to my most important client relationships, not only because of her expertise, but also because she was excellent with clients and internal partners, quickly building strong working relationships and a foundation of trust. I had the pleasure of working with Jenna directly during most of her tenure at Yahoo. In fact, Jenna was my very first hire as a new manager, and she didn’t disappoint. Jenna tackled some of the team’s most complex and difficult accounts and consistently brought success and growth to all advertisers she touched. Jenna was never afraid to jump into the weeds to troubleshoot issues or help launch new strategies. In fact, she’d often lead the charge on new testing and rollouts. She wore many hats as an account strategist as a product tester, project manager, trainer, mentor, advisor and consultant, and aced them all. Jenna is a fantastic communicator which helped her build trust with internal and external teams. You could tell that all partners respected Jenna’s opinion, and she became a great advocate to improve some of Yahoo’s ad offerings. She worked seamlessly with cross-functional teams on product and engineering to ensure proper steps were being taken to improve and grow Yahoo’s ad products. Jenna is a fantastic partner and one I always felt I could plug into the most difficult account and know she’d find success. I only wish I had more Jenna to go around as I would often have partners proactively reach out to see if it was possible for Jenna to be aligned to their business. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Jenna. She’ll be an amazing asset to any team and company she joins, and I could not recommend her more.
