In the spring of 2020, my role within the YMCA shifted as we accommodated for the shutdowns due to the pandemic. Programming shifted to all-day camps where I focused on developing curriculum to fulfill our standards for art, STEM, and more. In addition to my original tasks, I assisted our team in creating a sustainable camp model that was both enriching for our attendees as well as safe for all of us. In the fall, as we transitioned to remote learning, I created a supportive, safe, and organized environment to support the learning of the students entering the space. Show less
