I work with children diagnosed with ASD. I effectively communicate with the care team of my clients when necessary. (consists of family members, supervisors, and BCBAs on the case). I take data using Central Reach. My recent Total Performance Feedback (TPF) from my supervisor says that since I had come onto my current clients case, they have shown results in compliance, attendance, and an increase in functional communication.
