Jenna is a great coach. I didn't come in with any hot pressing issues, which allowed us to explore a few topics. We dug into the growth of employees, particularly those in their first professional position. What we did today will improve how my firm connects the daily and weekly work to yearlong growth goals for employees. Thank you Jenna!

To lead others, you must first know how to lead yourself. Leading through change and uncertainty, and even crisis, can be unnerving. If it can be harnessed though, volatility also holds a potential key to transformation and innovation - if you can keep your head. Working with Jenna over the past few months has been one of the more rewarding experiences of my professional life. She has stimulated new and creative ways of seeing possibilities for me, my team and my organization. Together, we have built on my strengths and dealt with my gaps to position me to make the biggest impact for my company's growth and success. Any organization seeking to build autonomous, creative thinking doers, would benefit from Jenna's coaching. You should expect to be challenged to think and see differently about your organization and what you and your teams can do that will contribute to its success. She will aim you at results while also helping you learn to lead yourself to create a path to organizational or cultural transformation.

Jenna has been an integral part of my leadership process; facilitating honest conversation to help me realize and accomplish my full potential. This past year working with her has really helped me be more prepared for my next chapter. I would recommend Jenna to anyone who is interested in leading themselves and/or their teams powerfully!

Experience

    • Professional Training and Coaching
    • 1 - 100 Employee
    • CEO/Founder
      • Jan 2020 - Present

I manage and oversee a variety of functions to grow the company. To name a few, I develop effective strategy in line with the company's vision, I oversee the company's operations and work closely with budgets, and career pathing. I am responsible for content development, organizational development, program structures, talent acquisition, and policy creation and regulation. I value quality just as much, if not more, than quantity.

    • Executive Coach
      • Jan 2020 - Present

I work with people who are dynamic, forward thinking, high performers who want to make an impact and break their own glass ceiling. These often are business owners, c-suite executives, and top performers in their industry. When working with my one-on-one clients, I merge creativity with strategy, encourage humility with vigor, and equally value having a dynamic vision just as much as a strong implementation process.

    • Team Lead Trainer
      • Jan 2020 - Present

I get to lead a team of dynamic experts; executive coaches, business consultants, a change management consultant, and a keynote speech coach to name a few. We inspire each other, learn from each other, and work together in two main capacities: we powerfully service our company clients and certify elite quality executive coaches in our training programs.I work on projects to help company clients identify a clear direction, develop strong strategy, and learn key skillsets and techniques to enhance their staff and/or client engagement. I formulate action plans for effective implementation where my team and I can create assessments and from the analysis, present solutions to the client. These solutions support the client's goals and core values while driving development in leadership, culture, and overall business. My team and I can provide training sessions for teams and departments, individually and collectively as a whole. Various training sessions can include, but are not limited to: DEI, emotional intelligence, psychology behind procrastination, imposter syndrome, maximizing bandwidth, leadership development, communication dynamics, motivating team collaboration, building psychological safety, servant leadership, and more.

    • Facilitator
      • Jan 2021 - Present

As a facilitator, I present my clients with meeting designs on how we will accomplish deliverable objectives in each meeting. I provide facilitation for various projects, including but not limited to: developing an organization's vision, identifying roles and responsibilities, reshaping an organizational chart, and developing a theory of change or logic model.

    • Keynote Speaker
      • Jan 2020 - Present

I craft tailored talks for companies and events that convey key points to build awareness on pertinent key points to peak interest and inspire audiences. My talks are intentionally designed by integrating my disciplines in storytelling, neuroplasticity, psychology, and communication dynamics - to name a few - to create articulate, knowledgeable, entertaining, relevant, and impactful talks.

      • Jun 2019 - Nov 2021

I went out on my own and built my own coaching practice, being fortunate enough to work with a variety of high performers; some high net worth creatives in the entertainment industry and some successful doctors, financial advisors, business owners, c-suite executives. I was also giving talks and training sessions to teams in organizations and a variety of networking groups around country. This allowed me the opportunity to spread my wings in exploring how to merge my experience in executive coaching, business development, and being an educator.

During my time with this firm I went from Apprentice, to Associate Coach to Associate Partner. I was the highest performing apprentice in my class and the first team member to grow my practice to Associate Partner within my time there. I created and landed workshop training and facilitation work, along with group coaching and one on one executive coaching. This was where I began finding my footing as a consultant with my business management background. I consulted with individuals, and small business owners on their struggles with their work-life dynamics. This could entail: - creating healthy boundaries within their personal and professional lives- developing their ability to manage their time affectively- building confidence & trust in themselves and/or their colleagues- understand how to put a basic business and/or marketing plan together

This work allowed me to keep sharpening my skills in pedagogy, andragogy, and curriculum development at a college level. I was also given the opportunity to choreograph a musical in their theater department, which became a fun way to simultaneously keep my creative juices alive.
