The MTML was incorporated as private domestic company at Mauritius on 14.11.2003 with an authorized capital of MUR 600M. The company is having License from the telecom regulatory ICTA for Fixed Telephone Services, Mobile Services, International Long Distance Services and Internet Services. It has Installed 100K state of art technology CDMA 1X & 1X EVDO switch with a radio network of 51 Base stations. The system is equipped to provide value added services viz., SMS, DATA, Multi Media service.I worked as a front end Shop Representative and my job profile included dealing with customers directly, selling of products and services and solving customer’s complaints and grievances. My job required good knowledge of Computer. I worked on MTML billing system, MS Word, MS Excel. I had to manage the cash, the inventory of products and make reports. All the sales and collection have to be consolidated in report at day end and then at month end. We sell fix phones, internet and data cards, mobile phones, prepaid cards, replacement of phones and phone parts. We were 2 executives handling the shop and I was the main person responsible for all the shop activities.
