I am responsible for leading over 20 employees, overseeing day-to-day operations of a vocational, day training and habilitation program providing support for individuals with disabilities. Prior to the appointment of an additional Program Director, I temporarily led 50 employees across two regional offices. As a member of the senior leadership team, I have been involved in implementing a range of transformational change, HR and business improvement initiatives that have increased employee motivation and strengthened our ability to engage effectively with our local community.
