I used the University-wide system, STARFISH, to create and schedule appointments for students who are involved in the success center program. As a Success Coach, I met with students on academic probation and incoming students a part of the Support for Success program. During the meetings, the students and I discussed their coursework, grades, assignments, adjustments to college, and SMART goal setting. As the lead teacher, I created hands-on and engaging lessons for preschool students ages 3-5. As the director, I created a safe and nurturing childcare environment for children ages 3 months to 12 years old while collaborating with other teachers. I effectively interacted with infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age students working towards specific age-appropriate milestones.
